Cease and Desist issued against Jamial Black, a NC educator, for stalking and harassment

Wake County, NC, August 11, 2024 – Kimberly X (last name redacted for security reasons), has taken up legal action against Jamial Black, a resident of Raleigh, NC, for charges of stalking and online harassment. She has filed charges in addition to Cease and Desist against him for decidedly harrowing her, her family members, and harming her business through unscrupulous means that has cost her considerable amount of money and in a continued fashion till the writing of this report. Jamial Black, also known as JD Black, an educator for black boys in the community, has been harassing her for the last nine months, including serial stalking, and threatening with bodily harm to family members, especially her kids.

Initially she didn’t want to get the lawyers involved as she was under the impression that involvement of the police would be enough. He, however, laughed at the entire ordeal which made her agonizingly lachrymosal. Jamial Black obsessively collected information about her from Facebook and other places through means known only to him. As Jamial Black, through his evil actions, continues to persecute Kimberly by posing as a constant, mortal threat to her and her family’s life, she remains unperturbed as she takes legal assistance in her quest to send her chief tormentor to prison so that nobody else has to go through the dark ordeal that she has in the past several months.
