RHOA: Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty to Fraud Charges (Phaedra Parks' Husband)

The husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta’s (RHOA) Phaedra Parks plead guilty on Tuesday to charges of wire, mail and bank fraud in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. This scheme could land Apollo Nida in jail for up to 30 years and a hefty fine of up to $1 million, in addition to restitution obligations. His hearing for sentencing is set for July 8 at 2 p.m.

Gayla St. Julien, Nida’s co-conspirator, helped turn him in after her arrest in September 2013. According to St. Julien, Apollo was the mastermind behind it all. She received a 61 month sentence in March for her participation in the scheme.
