$300 Million for You? Prince's Estate Up for Grabs!

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

That’s right!  Prince’s estate is worth over $300 million, can you imagine?  We may even have an opportunity to cash in.

It is unclear whether or not Prince had an executed trust and or even let his legal staff know of his intentions for future appointed trustee and how his estate would be dealt with.

It has come to light that Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, could stand to inherent the entire estate.  According to Minnesota probate law, if Prince did not have an executed will, his estate would be disbursed in the following order, grandchildren, parents then siblings.  Lucky for his sister, her brother has no living offspring and their parents are deceased.

Tyka has since requested the court appoint her as a special representative to oversee Prince’s estate.   She has even filed specific paperwork on an emergency basis with the court that would protect any named heirs and beneficiaries.

With rumors flying around and a will that seems to be non-existent, it has been speculated a petition in Minnesota will soon be circulated to apply for disbursements for the $300 million dollar estate.  When and if that document comes to light, you can only imagine how many applications will be made around the globe.

Either way, isn’t sick how after a very rich person passes or a famous person passes, we mainly concern ourselves with their assets and not remembering them for the legacy they left behind?
