Global Elite to Rape, Kill Children in Satanic Rites on Sunday

On Sunday April 30 children will be tortured and murdered as subjects of Ninth Circle Cult human sacrifice rites at Catholic facilities in Rome, Montreal, London, Paris, Brussels, Geneva, Frankfurt, Tara, Ireland and Washington (DC) according to Kevin Annett, spokesperson for the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels and it’s investigative arm, the ITCCS (itccs.org).

Influential banker, political, business and church leaders were said planning the Satanic pedophile human sacrifice festivals. Survivors testifying before the ICLCJ Court have claimed their childhood of sexual abuse and torture has international connections to the CIA, US military, politicians, plus Canada, Australia, UK, the Vatican and European elites.

Thousands of ritual abuse survivors have reported that as children they were made to view child sacrifices set up by these global elites. On November 7 2014 two children were said to have been raped and killed as part of Pope Francis’ Feb.22 Cardinal inauguration of Quebec Archbishop Gerald Lacroix according to a report filed at the ICLCJ Court. Eyewitnesses claimed Cardinal Lacroix, Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s senior cabinet minister Denis Lebel participated in the rape and human sacrifice of a five or six year-old boy and a small girl.

The killings were said to take place after midnight in the basement chambers of Jesuit Headquarters next to the Church San Lorenzo Piscibus in Rome. The Italian mafia Ndrangheta supplied children for these Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifices through an office at the Vatican according to documents filed at the ICLCJ Court. “We received a report that the children were murdered in the Catholic Jesuit headquarters” stated Annett. “One source said a boy was sacrificed around midnight in the presence of Cardinal Lacroix and Denis Lebel. Evidently later that evening ‘the top guy’ killed a small girl. In February 2013 the ITCCS (www.itccs.org), brought justice for 50,000 missing Canadian children – some abused in a CIA mind-control program. While mass graves of native children awaited excavation on residential school grounds of Roman Catholic, Anglican and the United Church of Canada, the ICLCJ Court indicted 40 government and church officials. Four days later Pope Benedict and top Vatican Cardinal Tarciscio Bertone resigned from their offices.
