Showing contrails and calling them chemtrails does not establish the existence of a plot to kill people. Assertions are not facts. Stating several truths along with several lies does not make them all true (or false).
You cannot target populations at the level of these trails—the level of cirrus clouds since air currents crry the thousands of miles over moths highly diluted. It is physically impossible.
