They have been doing geoengineering/weather modification for over 10 years and maybe as far back as the 1970s. They once called it cloud seeding, and now Billy Goat Hates has his tentacles involved in the chemtrail spraying that’s cloud seeding on steroids. I have trying to warn people about the chemtrails for at least 8+ years, after watching them in My skies. I even wrote to a Congressmember or 2 regarding the matter, in protest. Some foolishly think those chemtrails are a god, not, causing all of the tumultuous weather.
