Same as the Germans built the autobahn to travel their troops quickly, so is China. Russia’s primary worry is not the US but China. China’s greatest strength is their population – it gives them productive and military advantage – it also means they must continue to expand (to give living room) and accumulate resources (to keep the population both sustained and pacified.

So its okay for the US to have more than 800 military bases around in the world and conduct “regime change” under the guise of freedom and democracy but its not okay for China to expand its influence in its own backyard and engage in diplomatic endeavors with African and Asian nations. There is no difference between the ambition of American corporations and the financial aristocracy and their Chinese counterparts. Sitting here listening and it hit me there’s no way we are going to win this economic war if manufacturing technology is the main money maker of the future. Why?
