How China is Getting So Rich? How Undeveloped Countries Can Benefit?

China is getting richer and richer due to the following investment that no other country can follow

1.  The powerful China state enterprise

Most enterprises that follow the one bell one road initiative are China state-owned. The money they make totally returns to the state. In other words, China not only feeds millions of job but also raise the salary to the workers.

2. Money lent to other countries with interest or not being returned to China through its state enterprises and excess production of China steel and other necessity are purchased through the loan.

In other words, all money lent to other countries returns to China by purchasing Chinese products.

3. If any country can not repay the loan, mineral or countries asset will be used as collaterals. In other words, China used all possible to have the loan repay without interfering with the country policymaking.

In summary, I believe, China will get richer and richer as time went by.

Other countries can be benefits by

1. Building infrastructures.

2. Producing jobs

3. Increasing the products transparent to reach the destination quickly

4. Increasing quality of life and living standard

What other countries can do to prevent debt traps

1. If the countries have undeveloped mines or oil field, let the Chinese to develop them and used that as collateral without damage to country finance.

2. Lent them a piece of land and used that as collaterals.

3. Never pay then with cold cash that the third countries are scarce.

In other words, working with China with anything that they interest but you can not develop and enough to pay off the loan.
