A Wisconsin Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcon crashed around 8 pm in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in the Hiawatha National Forest during a routine training flight on Tuesday evening. The fighter jet was assigned to the 115th Fighter Wing at Truax Field Air National Guard Base in Madison, Wisconsin.
Authorities on Friday identified Air Force Capt. Durwood “Hawk” Jones, 37, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the pilot who died in the crash.
Captain Jones, who is survived by his wife and two children, joined the Air National Guard in 2011, according to the AP. He was deployed to Japan in 2015, then Korea in 2017 and later to Afghanistan in 2019. During the course of his service, Jones was awarded two Air Medals given to service members who have been either exposed to or faced significant risk of hostile action.

How come, the USA, with the technology in observing anything that goes on in this planet, never ever mentioned foreign troops on our borders, especially Chineses troops and in that amount? Somebody is lying to us here. Did the USA knew and kept this from its citizens? And if it knew, why kept this secret? There are for years, rumors of Chinese troop in our South border (Mexico), is it truth? I can’t believe the USA let this happen and not confront both of our neighbors in the north and south.
