Bill Barr dismissed the Case against KBR.  So they are still in Biz getting Big, Lucrative DOT Contracts for their friends at Stantec.  Stantec is the Canadian Company that Builds and Fixes America’s Crumbling Infrastructure of Roads and Bridges.  In May, it was announced that DOT Secretary Elaine Chao was under Federal Investigation for Corruption.  Then just 2 months Later she awarded an 8 Year Contract to KBR and Stantec to inspect and fix Bridges in Nevada, Colorado, and North Dakota.
