Ha! Ed Brayton finally gets sued
This could not have happened to a better person.
It appears that Michigan based God-denying resident lard butt and depraved jerk, Ed Brayton, is being sued for shooting off his lard butt mouth about someone. I happened to read it, and it is rather tame compared to the mentally depraved spittle that he flung at me in the past here on this blog and on my old one. Now, Ed’s begging for money.
As a rule, I would not be too keen on someone being sued for their opinions; this case here being a perfect example of how someone who is a serial litigator can abuse the legal system. However, in Ed’s case; this lawsuit is totally justified. Ed’s blog happens to be dedicated to the bashing of people, to the point of libel, of whom he disagrees with political and religiously. Finally, someone with the means to challenge him in a court of law has stepped up and decided to hold Ed accountable for his reckless abuse of the First Amendment. There is a fine line between commenting on political policy, public figures and libel defamation; Ed Brayton has repeatedly crossed that line. He did this with me and many other, whom he disagrees with. Now he is going to have to pay the piper.
By the way, these are the two lawyers suing Brayton: Kyle Bristow and Jason Lee Van Dyke.
I said this back when Ed Brayton decided to come after me and I will say it again. The Bible speaks of what will become of Ed Brayton:
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. — (Romans 12:19 KJV)
Personally, I hope these lawyers bankrupt the man. I cannot honestly say that he does not deserve it. He does and then some.
