URGENT! Supreme Court to Hear Same-Sex Marriage Case

Next Tuesday, April 28th, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in a landmark case. The case would determine whether homosexual couples in every state have the absolute right to marry under the Constitution.

Not only are the issues of homosexual “marriage” involved in this hearing but also the integrity of the Supreme Court. In the past, judges have traditionally recused themselves for being too closely involved in matters before the court. This allows the court to make a more impartial decision, not based on a judges personal involvement.

Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Elena Kagan should recuse themselves from Tuesday’s hearings. Both justices have not only shown their liberal bias in favor of homosexual “marriages” but both have officiated a “gay marriage” ceremony, blatantly engaging in behavior that should immediately disqualify them from this case. It is no surprise to Ginsburg or Kagan that the issue of homosexual “marriage” is before the Court. Still, both have refused to step down. Their refusal only escalates the growing feeling of the Court’s illegitimacy.

BUT WHAT CAN WE DO NOW?

Some people believe that this Supreme Court decision will have the same impact on marriage as the Roe v. Wade decision had on abortion. Let’s do our part to pray and act to defend marriage as God ordained it!
