Ten days ago I posted an article about Jonathan Cahn warning of a great shaking for America and the world. He believed that in September a possible Economic Collapse would happen. Little did I realize how his words would prophetically come true ! On Friday we witness a Black Friday event within the Economic sector of America and the World. We witnessed a two day stock market crash that was larger than any one day stock market crash in U.S. history. The Elite weren’t immune either as the world’s 400 richest people lost $182 billion this week from their collective fortunes on weak manufacturing data from China and a rout in commodities that sent global markets plunging.

The VIX’s index had its largest ever percentage jump.  The index is up nearly 120%, making it the largest weekly percentage jump in the VIX’s history, according to FactSet data. The CBOE Volatility Index VIX, +46.45% jumped Friday to levels not seen since December 2011, logging its largest ever weekly percentage jump as stocks sold off for a fourth straight session. The VIX, or so called “fear index,” surged more than 47% to 28.21 right after the close. Fear has over taken the markets and some believe we are about to enter a Perfect Storm!

The Blood Bath

Here are a few quotes from the recent global chaos that is ushering the beginning of birth pangs for the Economic Markets

In an interview with King World News Egon von Greyerz warns : “ the perfect storm has now started.  And this storm will turn into a hurricane probably within the next two months.  So in the next 60 – 90 days we will see all stock markets go down by at least 25 – 30 percent and likely a lot more.  And we could see gold reaching $2,000 and silver $50 within that time

Jeffrey Saut, chief investment stratgists says, “Quite frankly, I have not seen this much fear since the spring of 2009,” when markets bottomed in the wake of the financial crisis, said Saut, chief investment strategist at Raymond James, in a note to clients.  

In an interview with King World News Bill Fleckenstein  warns Stock Markets plunge will accelerate, “So this is a chance to really see things break loose to the downside as the stock market already broke below the 200-day moving average two days ago and since then it’s been straight down.  I don’t see any reason why the hemorrhaging should stop.

MarketWatch columnist Brett Arends writes, I don’t mean to be alarmist or to induce panic, but someone needs to tell the public that there is a plausible scenario in which the U.S. stock market now collapses by another 70% until the Dow Jones Industrial Average falls to about 5,000.

AP writes, In emerging markets worldwide, currencies are plunging over fears that developing economies are on the verge of a crippling fall. Success stories until recently, emerging economies are seen as casualties now –  

Jim Chanos, of Kynikos Associates talking about  China’s collapsing economy, “It’s worse than you think. Whatever you might think, it’s worse,”

From another article on Collapse.news: Chinese stocks are expected to drop 9 percent again in the next four to five days. The losses could be as bad as the losses that occurred during U.S. exchanges in the Wall Street crash of 1929, according to Thomas DeMark, founder and CEO of DeMark Analytics.

The carnage in the market will involve a total reset or  likely  collapse of the world economy, financial system and world political system. This is the reason for the collpase. To usher in a New Order. The situation is dire in the markets.
