In 1930 they created the BIS, the Bank of International Settlements located in Switzerland. The BIS is the headquarters of all banks and financial systems. Every central bank is a member of this BIS system. The BIS has immunity and is above all worldly rules or laws, and independent of Switzerland and the land it sits on.
Under the BIS, in the pyramid, is the IMF or International Monetary Fund. Then there is the World Bank. They create, in countries, debt that can never be paid off. Together with Multinational Corporations they extort the value, in resources, from countries to pay the debt that cannot be paid off.
The next layer is all the Central Banks. He mentions the Three independent states as the City of London, Vatican City, and Washington D.C.
The next layers are the regular banks, the multinationals, and the governments, and then finally the people.
They create money out of nothing and it is based on debt (loans people take to buy houses, cars, etc.)
