Is Life a Conspiracy?

It’s often that when some event occurs, that seems to be unsettling to the one who experiences it, that the person will say that God is telling him or her something through that experience.  I know I have had numerous experiences like that.  BUT does God REALLY work that way?  Or is life nothing but one coincidence after another?  I am not writing to knock those who believe in conspiracy theories, because things might happen to us that convince us that such an event or series of events aren’t a coincidence.  We can feel that if God isn’t trying to tell us something then someone else is.  And we begin to wonder just who is controlling our lives.  I am convinced that the more we lose our privacy, the more paranoid people are going to become.  We don’t want everyone to know our dirty laundry.  We don’t want people looking under logs, so to speak, wondering what will crawl out.  A famous comedian said recently that for every wealthy person a crime has been committed.  And what he meant was that wealthy people aren’t honest.  And it would seem the wealthier a person is the less honest he or she is.  But then it seems that only wealthy people can afford privacy.  The rest of us are the oi poloi whose sins seem to be exposed to the world.

I write this because while I can feel paranoid about certain things, my paranoia just might be real.  Not that my fears are real, but that what I feel paranoid about just might be reason to be paranoid.  As it is often said, just because you are paranoid doesn’t mean they AREN’T out to get you.  But let me put this in perspective for you and try to alleviate your fears, if indeed you have any.  First of all, Jesus says that in the Last Days peoples’ hearts will fail them.  Our hearts can only take so much stress.  And in this world in which we are living, stress is a big part of our lives.  We can’t avoid it.  Secondly, since I already mentioned the Last Days, let me just insert here at this point, that we are there now.  Jesus could come back most any day now.  And all I need to say if you don’t believe me is, look all around you.  The signs are everywhere.  We are there now.  And finally, all events in this world occur, because the world is being prepared for this singular event.

I can’t do anything to alleviate fears other than to say that we all need to relax and understand that what happens in this world is a means of all God is doing to prepare the world for the Second Coming.  It’s happening now.  And the more fear I observe in this world is more proof there is that I am right.  You don’t need to drive a car very far to experience your own fear of what is next, especially at highway speeds.  That is just one example.  Another example is climate change.  If you are a climate denier, I won’t be able to convince you and maybe nothing makes you fear.  And maybe you are wealthy enough that you don’t worry about much of anything.  Maybe you can afford to pay others to worry for you.  But unless you live in a cave and never venture out, you don’t know what pollution is doing to this world unless your cave drawings are disappearing.  Maybe you won’t venture out to the sea shore and see the garbage that has washed up on so many former pristine beaches.  Maybe you don’t notice how climate change is affecting the existence of some species.  The world can’t go on indefinitely like this.  And it won’t.  But at the same time, it’s just a matter of time that God will send His Son to this world lest humanity destroy it.  Before that happens God WILL intervene.

And that brings me to the hope.  You can fear now, but I would say that fear is nature of this period of time for those who live in the now.  It’s just the nature of the beast, so to speak.  The WORLD IS being prepared.  And maybe you will fear the Second Coming, wondering what God’s Judgment will be like.  If you have not intentionally taken a Human Life you have nothing for which to be concerned.  But woe to those who have intentionally taken Human Life.  You DO have something to worry about; and when the Messiah comes, you will have no place to hide.  And THAT is my final warning for right now.  Woe to those who have intentionally taken Human Life.  Otherwise, I would say the rest of us can relax, and just understand this is the nature of the world in which we are now living.  Peace.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Brother Ralphie works from his study for the promotion of Peaceful living and inner Peace with God.
