About Impositions

I am on my own spiritual journey that I won’t impose on anyone.   I write here to keep a record of THAT journey, which is in effect, MY journey.  I don’t just sit around and watch the news on “fake” TV news shows or read the news from “fake” TV news outlets.  In fact, I watch a LOT of YouTube videos in regard to what most anyone has to say about politics.  BUT my journey of Socialism isn’t really about Socialism, per se.  My biggest complaint about Capitalism is how much US and other governments give so much to the wealthy.  And the ONLY way the wealthy can be given so much is to take away from the middle classes in most Capitalistic societies.  I am NOT anti-Capitalistic, but that I believe that big business really controls what governments do and say.  China is a perfect example.  I have said that Communism in China can’t survive with Capitalism and the freedom of Capitalistic markets.  I could be wrong, but it’s quite possible that big business won’t be able to do business within the Chinese economy.  But this has not happened as of yet.  Although the NBA has spoken about the protests in Hong Kong and has sided with the Chinese government.  That decision by the NBA to support the government in China was strictly a business decision.  The NBA is a huge product in China and is bigger than the protesters in Hong Kong. 

My point is that we in the west, can’t have it both ways when it comes to China.  We either capitulate to the Chinese government like the NBA has, or we pull our businesses out of China and bring them back to the US.  But US companies are finding they can’t have it both ways.  China is big enough by itself that it doesn’t really need to trade with anyone, really. 

My point in writing about this, is that big business had tried to dictate to China without much success.  Apple is a perfect example knowing if it builds its products in China, it has to do mostly what the Chinese government says it can or cannot do.  But only in a Communist society does the government dictate to big business.  In Capitalism it is just the opposite.  Big business in the US makes  or breaks political leaders.  In Capitalism like that of the US, big business buys politicians who make decisions that favor the donors.  And in the US only, our Supreme Court has rules that Big Business is and has the same rights as people.  Only the Socialism of a candidate like Bernie Sanders can change this.  But can he win with only grass roots support without taking money from big business to fund his campaign?  This is something no one knows; not even Bernie himself.  My point is that both political parties have sold out to being the pawns of big business. 

I am getting away from the point I wanted to make in this post about my being Socialistic in my thinking.  When lives are improved there is less in the way of the taking of Human Life.  Poverty is one of the main causes of abortion, for example.  Being able to afford a child is often a reason why impoverished women choose to have abortions.  On the other extreme is murder, which is often the result of poverty, but not always.  There are many reasons for both murder and suicide.  I wish there was a  way to eliminate all abortions, all murders, and every suicide, but THAT is not going to happen.  In fact, the intentional taking of Human Life will only get worse.  I believe Capitalism is the root cause of the intentional taking of Human Life.  It’s in how we, as a Capitalist society think, with a history that supports our thinking about why it seems to be okay to take Human Life from every perspective, whether a person is either rich or poor.  And THAT is my point.  This doesn’t mean that Socialistic societies don’t have either suicides or murder, but if the US is any example, we have more murders than any country that doesn’t have warfare.  And THAT IS my point!  I can’t expect most anyone to follow my path in life.  My Angels told me much that I accept that I can’t believe most anyone else can accept.  I understand this perfectly.  So, this is a journal of MY journey in life without superimposing this journey on anyone else.  This includes my family as much as it would include most anyone who knows me, or has known me.  I do what I do asking God to do the rest.  It’s all I can do.  Peace.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Brother Ralphie works from his study for the promotion of Peaceful living and inner Peace with God.
