Join us in today’s prayer and devotion-

Read Zechariah 8 and then join us in prayer:

Our Father,

Through the prophet Zechariah it was prophesied that the scattered people of Judah and Israel would be gathered back to their ancient lands and Jerusalem would be blessed by You once more. You also proclaimed that Your people should love the truth and peace:

^“These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbor; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:”

Father, through Your Holy Spirithelp all believers in Your Son Jesus to also follow through with Your counsel here to speak only the truth to all and live in peace with everyone demonstrating Your love even to our enemies.

May You be with us also like You promised those in Jerusalem in the last days; may we receive Your blessings and protection. Let Your Kingdom come and be a tangible reality in the midst of Your church; wherever Your people may go and wherever they may live.

In Jesus name, Amen.
