13 year old Girl raped! Bring back death penalty!

A 13 year old girl has been raped in Tjatane village, Ga-Makgeru, Limpopo province, South Africa
The girl is alleged to have been raped by his father. School teachers noticed that when she was bleeding at school early morning. The teachers asked her then she told them that the father is in habit of sleeping with her all the time.

There are now increased cases of rape in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
Now more people no longer fear God nor the law so they are now involved in every kind of evil or violent crime.

South Africa and Zimbabwe must bring death penalty to capital offenses such as rape, murder and armed robbery.
This is the only way to reduce capital crimes. Not the boarding schools which our courts sentence criminals to.
There are too much human rights in Jails which makes everything a mockery. Criminals for capital offenses must be expunged from the society or severely punished to protect the society.
