How you can, as even one person, overcome  the feeling of intimidation by the nation state.

By believing in Jesus who said “in the world you will have trouble, but fear not for I have already overcome the world.” knowing that this is real time, Jesus is talking about here and now, because he is here and now and that it is not us but He that stands in our place when we give ourselves to Him.
We see nation states as puny next to God, Jesus incarnate, both man and God. We see no power in them.
All power resides in Jesus…. at the spiritual level, on the inside, in our souls and our minds and in our hearts. Knowing he will protect us in the physical realm also. What else matters? Nothing!
This is the relationship we need to have with God in Jesus Christ.
He awaits our coming in the tabernacles of all the Catholic Chryches in the world, where he resides. You can speak to him there from where he will make his presence known to you. You will feel his presence. From there he can answer all your questions, alleviate all your worries, soothe all your inner turmoil and convert your unbelieving heart.
If the church is locked go 1/2 hour before the next mass when it should be open but still quiet, where you can meet with Christ in private without interruption and where the few souls who already know him there, if any, alone will be present, speaking with him intimately, conversing with him freely but interiorly so as not to disturb others and the peace and quiet, the ambience of the place, and because what they have to say is private.
