I write this letter first of all to congratulate you and your government machinery for the arrest and conviction of Tafadzwa Shamba and Tapiwa Makore Senior for the murder of Tapiwa Makore junior.

The boy died a violent death at the hands of his uncle. This is a very sad and tragic story in the history of our nation. There are still many of our children experiencing this kind of brutality.

Mr President, I am sorry for bothering you. I know you are busy with elections and other duties placed upon you. I want to ask you and your government to make sure that the murderers of Tapiwa Makore are executed swiftly.

Tafadzwa Shamba and Tapiwa Makore Senior have been sentenced to death by our High Court. The nation is waiting for their execution and it must happen. So that Tapiwa Makore can finally get justice and the land be cleansed from this evil. Tapiwa’s soul has no rest now.

The execution of these savages must not even take more than 3 months. Justice delayed means justice denied. The whole country is waiting to see how this story will end and not to mention the joy and celebration that people will have.

Also may Zimbabwe not abolish death penalty in the face of ever increasing rape, theft, kidnapping, car hijacking, armed robbery and murder.
