SA Company Director Emelda Modiba does not want to Pay For our Work

We worked for Emelda Modiba clearing the Grounds for a Company in Areton, Boyseens, Johannesburg. We did the Job for 3 days from Monday 4 March to Wednesday 6 March 2024. I employed 6 men therefore 8 of us worked on the Company grounds.
Emelda Modiba does not want to pay us our money. I don’t know why she is adopting this wicked attitude.
In South Africa there are so many evil people who use others and make them work for nothing and at the end run away with their wages.

I have not paid any of the men who worked for me. Yesterday Emelda Modiba said she wants to send the money but her phone is off so she cant send EFT to my bank Account. I asked her why can’t she withdraw the money from the ATM. She said she wants to keep proof of the payment. So immediately she gets home she will send the money to my bank account. No money was sent and till this morning no money has been sent.
I told my Comrades that this woman is lying and she does not want to pay.
South Africa is a human rights society. It does not want anyone to be used as slaves especially by people who don’t want to pay wages.
Emelda Modiba told me that she wants to get or eat R3000 from our Job. Now I am demanding our money and also that R3000 it’s our money we worked for it. She also made us cut the trees. Initially our job was to cut the grass only. She must pay us for cutting and clearing the trees and for collecting them and putting them in one place.
She cannot eat that R3000 it’s our money we have worked so hard for it. This thing of bribes or eating from us is now over. We want all our money. We are now at war with wickedness – refusal to pay for what we worked for.
We appeal for your Prayers and Support as we demand and fight for our wages from Emelda Modiba.
