South African Court has okayed the MK opposition party
The ANC wanted Umukhonto We Sizwe (MK) opposition party to be deregistered. That has been rejected by the South African Court. So MK can contest forthcoming elections.
The Electoral Court at the Supreme Court upheld the Electoral Commission’s decision to register the MK.

South African politics is now exciting. We don’t know who is going to take power in the next May elections.
It’s likely the ANC just as usually will win the elections but former President Jacob Zuma and the MK are going to take millions of voters from the ANC.
