People can be honest in their businesses, but there sometimes are people who want to destroy them financially for whatever reason. So, it’s good you have back up to prove to donors that you are an honest, hard-working person with accountability. That’s the point I was trying to make earlier, but you clarified what I was trying to write you in my suggestions.”

The photos I sent you were taken between 2021 and 2023. The help I gave to more than 400 people with food parcels. I have hundreds and hundreds of photos of people I assisted.

When someone is assisted you write down, name and surname, phone number and email address. Photos must be taken for each person assisted. This must be sent to the supporter and is verifiable.

Each time I went to fetch food parcels, I would take the pictures and send back to the organization that was donating the parcels. Until that donating organization closed down here because of the decline in funding.

Pictures and short videos do not lie. I would take a picture of the beneficiary and his or her food parcels.
That is the form of accountability. Moreover, supporters should know that there are costs of doing that.
This organization which was donating would give me money for petrol. Which was good so it did not become too much of a burden on my side.
We both sacrificed and achieved something.
