Hundreds of young Zimbabwean women were trafficked to Kuwait and subjected to modern-day slavery, with some auctioned at a warehouse and online as sex slaves.
Upon arrival in Kuwait, their passports were confiscated, and they were undressed and auctioned as sex slaves.
Even if the issue was reported in Zimbabwe by returnees, no single arrest was made in Kuwait. In Zimbabwe, many who facilitated the women to go to Kuwait were arrested.
A few weeks ago, Kuwait was bombed by Iran. That is God’s punishment for slavery, which some Arabs there do to vulnerable Africans. In Kuwait, under Islamic culture, women have no value, and it is worse for Africans.
