Following the statements by Boris and Joe that they the western countries have to inflict pain on themselves in order to punish Russia the Kremlin responded that the only way they were going to punish Russia in that way was by Russians dying from laughter.
The Kremlin spokesperson issued the statement late  last night after a few rounds of vodka at a late night party which was heavily censored in Russia fearing more people hearing it would die of laughter.
This is a worrying situation the spokesman said. If it got out It could lead to a never ending spiral of people dying of laughter. This has to stop and may lead to an attack by Russia on the West to stop these statements causing more and more rounds of laughter and its tragic consequences.
This cannot go on he stated once again almost keeling over himself in stitches and has the Kremlin contemplating whether or not to beg the West to stop.

Meanwhile all payments for gas and oil must now be in roubles meaning the American dream is over, further spreading bouts of laughter across Russia. This has to stop he said once more, barely able to breath as he tried unsuccessfully to suppress another bout of the deadly affliction the West has ingeniously inflicted on Russia.
They are calling it the laughing disease and considering how to retaliate. Meanwhile they are just begging the West to stop.
