Daily news on Government abuses....

To all of you interested, I have been targeted by different Government Agency, for three months I could not even use any of my computers, until now, all my computers have still strange “habits”, seems like they are “manipulated” to do anybody else but not mine interest, they always go back to settings that I have tried to remove or change, however my power over it, is very minimum.

My cars, all of them, they have being broken in, (I should use a different term actually, because they have being opened without any breaking), a computer that was in one of my car was removed, someone opened my house a few times around December 2012, and a complete check in was done to it, (who knows how much crap they have left behind), since that happened I suffer of continuous headache, I can hardly concentrate or do much, is like I am continuously under sleeping pills.

My neighbors have told me that F.B.I. was asking around my house of me, and if I belonged to “any group” or if they know about me of any “sovereign”….I must understand that trying being “sovereign” at this time especially is not what Uncle Sam’s wishes.

I have applied and send to all respective government agencies and the bank that claims that has a loan on my property, for an Allodial title/ Land patent, which does not allow any bank/foreclosure agency as much as any government agency to step into that property and from that looks like I have being putted on a big scrutiny, once again all my privacy have being violated multiple times, someone trespassed inside my house and my cars all of them, as well as my office.

A few days ago, two F.B.I. agents have finally visited me at my house to ask me questions. (see the email I have wrote to some friends to record it, attached here)

I wanted you to know that I am available for an interview any time you wish, in person or at the phone, also you can use/reproduce read post online my letter at any time.

I have lost much of my hope on a portion of this government that for sure will have to leave very soon the position that occupies at this time, I came into this country about 20 years ago, all I have done is work/work/work, it is very sad that this country is going so easily down the drain, and so many people are just not understanding it and not seeing it.

To follow up to the events that I have noted and emailed a few weeks ago, yesterday, someone for the F.B.I. called me, asking me if I was able to answer a few questions, since I was the one calling about a week ago them and asking them to contact me after two months of people breaking in my house, trespassing my property and following me everywhere, I have obviously accepted the invitation, also because I really wanted and wished to know what was the big fat deal behind such an event that could have “moved” so much effort from a Government Agency such as a the F.B.I..

After spending a few minutes at them phone with him, (I will not report his name here, I will called just M1), he asked some questions that ultimately were spinning around the following arguments;

Do you belong to any group…? ….Why do you intend to be Sovereign…..?  as we have move forward to more interesting questions such as; why did I send a notice of Allodial  title to BofA?

, I have asked M1, how do I know that you are from F.B.I. and not anything else?, M1 replied that I could have meet him in person, and I could also call the F.B.I. office on Wilshire in West LA, and ask for his identity to be verified.

I have told M1 that perhaps, that was what I have intended to do, therefore I have re-scheduled the appointment for the day after, (today), at 01 00 P.M..

I was kind of excited to set this up and have a simple face to face after the last past 10 years and more of heavy harassment, (on and off surely from Gov. agencies, and mainly almost for sure from F.B.I. , however never proved).

So I wake up this morning that for some reason I did not sleep very well the all night, (no I was not worried at all about this meeting), sometimes around 11:00 Am I called the F.B.I. location on Wilshire to verify M1 impersonation, which was verified very quickly and efficiently by the operator X, (they don’t provide a name or operator number, go figure accountabilities here…)

So finally I have received a phone call from M1 that he was out of the gate of my house, please be aware that I have asked if was a problem to have a friend of mine as a witness, and I if it was ok for us to record the entire event, they were totally ok with the first, definitely not ok of with recording, in order to avoid useless misunderstandings, I have not told them that, being in my house and property I could have done that, (record the event), and in general, was my intention to keep this meeting rather “informatory” then “hostile” and was my intention to avoid the feeling of a fight, keeping it instead on a level of a discussion aiming understanding.

To be more specific I have to thanks a million times my Friend, Mr. MRO, that agreed at the very last minute to be part of this meeting as a witness, and he rushed to my house to support me, (I have much appreciated that, because many will have find any excuse to avoid such an event because of the fear to be part of such an action of scrutiny by the F.B.I.).

I have also to point that I have made a few phone calls to some friends to ask them their opinions in regards of meeting the F.B.I. in general, and also have this meeting at my own house, and I am saying that because I have the tendency to be over trustworthy even when the event should not suggest that.

I heard different opinions, and I ended up just deciding to keep it simple, meeting…yes, my house yes… no recording, witness yes.

Going back to M1 that just called me from his usual cellular number, I have noticed that he was accompanied by another person, I will call him M2, they both walked as I imagined from kind of far away so that I could not see their car and take their plate number.

So, is about 01 30 pm and M1 and M2 introduced themselves and showed us both their badges, to my surprise, their badge were from US Marshall, so I have asked them how come they were calling themselves F.B.I. agents, they have explained me that; there is a joint venture in between various agency, (like we need more….so that we can have more taxes), called JTTS, (Joint Terrorism Task Force).  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Terrorism_Task_Force

We have seat down inside the living room of my house, and basically continued  the conversation that we have started yesterday.

To better describe the two persons, M1 could have fit perfectly the good cop, and M2 could have fit perfectly the bad cop, at least as a first impression and seeing the face of M2, which seemed to be worried and not as friendly.

Both of them got comfortable talking after a few minutes and after I re-assured a few times M2 that I was not wearing any of the guns I own, and they all were safely and properly storage inside my house, (he had asked for that specific info…)

I have asked them if they wearing any guns, (I knew the answer…), and they confirmed that they were wearing it, most likely they had an ankle strapped pistol, or a body strapped one since I could not see any “profile” of out of their bodies.

M1in general was the one asking questions, he had a 5x 11 yellow notepad, and the copy of my Allodial title doc. With portion of it highlighted, (he called it “the 14 posts” ), that I have sent to various organizations, in between private banks and public offices including but not limited to the LAPD one.

Appears that the LAPD one was one of the source of the request for this investigation, since the chief had requested why such a notice was sent to them, (to my surprise, since I would believe such an office as the LAPD, should receive quite of many Allodial title posts such as mine).

However the main questions were spinning pretty much around the followings, once again;

1)    Why did you send this to the LAPD?

2)    Why did you send this to BofA?

3)    Do you consider yourself sovereign?

4)    Are you a violent person?

5)    What would you do if LAPD comes to your house to ask some questions? And how come you have request us to talk you and accommodate this meeting at your house after you have filed and sent an Allodial title to all these government agencies?

6)    Where did you take this document from?

7)    Which web site?

Well, my answer came very easy,  (please be aware that the Allodial title is a document that takes your property, wherever it resides in the United States “out” of the jurisdiction of the USA, therefore no government agencies can trespass, beside I believe the sheriffs) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allodial_title

 

8)    Why did you send this to the LAPD?               If part of the list of the corporations that we have to send it too.

 

9)    Why did you send this to BofA?                               They claim to have a loan on this property….

 

10)                       Do you consider yourself sovereign?               In respect of this real time government yes……..something is wrong with it….and I don’t wish to be “subject” to their “general wrongdoing “and/or be associated to any possible criminal action that could source from it.

 

 

11)                       Are you a violent person?                 Absolutely not, I don’t believe in violence, violence and anything that can resonate as such, is for losers…….I don’t believe in violence wars and anything that slightly resemble that, and I don’t believe in fighting at all……

 

12)                       What would you do if LAPD comes to your house to ask some questions? And how come you have request us to talk you and accommodate this meeting at your house after you have filed and sent an Allodial title to all these government agencies?….I definitely had a moment of “lack of understanding”  when they asked me that, a second later I understood that what they mean it was, since you have filed and Allodial title, are you going to be violent and possible shoot to the LAPD officers if they came at your house to ask for something? ….I was laughing inside, and very deeply to their lack of trust …however I have explained that just a week or so before I have called LAPD because of the amount of people that were “buzzing around “ inside and out my property for about two months, and I would always prefer that; they eventually take care of any trespasser before I had too. In short I would not have any problem with anyone asking for anything as long their intention is clearly a positive or in general not a negative one. I have specified that it would be obviously very different situation if someone for example would be here trying to shoot me of harm in any way, I would respond accordingly to that in  the effort to defend properly my own safety, however with the exception of the times were the F.B.I. and/or any other agencies were investigating on me, I rarely felt that way in general.

14)                       Which web site?                  (who remembers that?)…. Not sure, I browse thousands of them, I can show you on my computer….

 

The all discussion was very friendly and no hostilities were felt, (I believe), from both parties, seems to me that we were both comfortably talking the same language, however their intent was definitely for me to elaborate more and more, and they will answer very seldom questions.

Up to now, I have a feeling like there is something else that was not said, and have obviously confessed that to M1 and M2, “I could be that there is not investigation on me, after someone broke in in my house, for two months you/your agency people have lived surround my house day and night and followed me everywhere?”

They came out with a pretty darn good answer; “we could not have being coming to your house and meeting you, if you were investigated by us”….who knows? I don’t….really, maybe the Rex 84 list really exist…and the closest Fema Camp will be called with the first in the RED list; Camp Davide Pais.

And here below is also the text of one of the first email I sent to DOD, since I discovered them and other Alphabet soup companies scanning my server port, which is the standard technique to hack computers.

 

Hi, my name is Davide Pais, and I have being experiencing an extremely un-usual amount of general crashes and damages to all of our computers, in our small offices, (two of them),  and inside my house as well, (too many different locations to believe it is just a coincidence).

Because of it, I was told that it was better to install a server which In did, even if it was not the kind of money I would have wanted to spend at this time.

Well things went even worse, much worse for entire months, (two of them precisely), in the attempt to have an understanding out of this craziness, I have looked to the sever I.P.’s addresses that were scanning our server ports, and I have to state that I was a bit amazed to see in between all the unknown companies I.P.’s addresses, the following Government Agencies, which as a strange coincidence, they happened to be all looking at my ports server right when all the system/s crashed multiple times. As I am very well aware that you guys are in possession of very sophisticated computers that cannot even being compared to the extremely light duty and fragile stuff we use, therefore you have not difficulties at all to enter and exit our pre-mentioned systems without our slight understand of it, and then  I am asking myself what is the need to crash into our system and create such a damage?

And of course, if I  am just “dreaming” here, accept my apologies for what have stated, eventually I would still like to get an answer to it, whatever that answer will be, that could clearly explain why so many Government Agencies have being checking continuously, over and over, to our ports server entering and exiting it, creating a lot of damage on their way in and out.

Here a few that were very persistent;

 

1)     DOD, (Department of Defense)

 

2)     NASA, (or else called INASA),National Aeronautics and Space Administration (I believe I am aware of their reason, it must be because I have sent a letter to them, of complete dis-appreciation in regards of many dozen of years of lies that they have spread over the planet in regards of most of their activities out of our planet, especially in consideration of the colonization of Mars that is happening form  the 40^thies, and nothing has ever being disclosed, although American citizens have un-voluntarily supported that project with all the taxes that they have paid)

 

3)     United States ARMY
