The answer is not in the gold standard, or strong labor unions or a higher minimum wage or more unemployment insurance or more investment by government in renewable energy or more investment in education as if when our students graduate from college an education will automatically give them a good life (when in fact it merely is another way of putting money into the economy — merely to pay for the brainwashing apparatus that is the public schools — and leaving the graduates with nothing but debt.)
