I have analysed the video over and over, the source of the video is

This video has lost resolution somehow, the UFO’s are tracer rounds/RPG’s, the first impacts and sends sparks, the second passes over the base.

Much clearer video. You can see the round come in that causes the large explosion.
To be fair if the resolution is so poor and you can’t identify what is going on then those lights are indeed unidentified flying objects

Interesting, but to me it looks kind of like that “3rd light” and the explosion are further away in the background… and if that is true, then the “orb” doesn’t have to make a right turn to go around the steeple and that “3rd light source” doesn’t have to be so high off the ground to generate that effect.
