A dated program worth watching!  Many misconceptions and misinformation in this video with the focus on Castro and organized crime as being the prime suspects.

Marina is still stating in this program that she took the infamous Backyard Photos of Lee holding a rifle and wearing a pistol while holding two Communist newspapers: The Worker and The Militant. Lee stated while in custody that “the head of the individual in the photograph could be his but that it was entirely possible that the Police Department has superimposed this part of the photograph over the body of someone else.” (Warren Report, Appendix XI p. 625) (See, The Backyard Photos of Lee Harvey Oswald Are Fakes! and FAKE: the Forged Photograph that Framed Lee Harvey Oswald)

There is also a Warren Commission Memorandum dated February 28, 1964 from Norman Redlich to J. Lee Rankin regarding Marina Oswald’s inability to tell the truth. Redlich related that during the questioning of James H. Martin he had come to the conclusion that Marina was “cold, calculating, avaricious, scornful of generosity, and capable of an extreme lack of sympathy in personal relationships.” He also stated that “Marina Oswald has repeatedly lied to the [Secret] Service, the FBI, and this Commission on matters which are of vital concern to the people of this country and the world.” (HSCA XI pp. 126-127)

Anderson touches on “The Mob Did It” theory but as Kevin Costner stated in the movie, JFK:

“Could the Mob change the parade route?
Could the Mob eliminate the protection for the President?
Could the Mob get the FBI, CIA, and Dallas Police to make a mess of the investigation?
Could the Mob get the Warren Commission appointed to cover it up?
Could the Mob wreck the autopsy?
Could the Mob influence the national media to go to sleep?
The Mob wouldn’t have the guts or the power for something of this magnitude. Assassins need payrolls, schedules, times, orders … this was a military-style ambush from start to finish. It was a coup d’état with Lyndon Johnson waiting in the wings.”

Castro had no motive to assassinate JFK and knew that if he did engage in such madness it would only motivate the invasion and destruction of his country by US military forces. JFK was in the process of efforts to normalize relations with Castro at the time of his death as he did with Nikita Khrushchev of the Soviet Union. Kennedy was trying to end the Cold War and bring peace to the world. Kennedy became anathema to those elements in the government bent on war and the massive profits from war. The spearhead from the US in this effort to control other countries and the economic markets of the world was the CIA which Kennedy had threatened to splinter into a thousand pieces and scatter to the wind after they deceived him about the Bay of Pigs operation. Castro had no motive to kill JFK but elements in the US military, US intelligence and financial and business centers of the US did.
