In what could be a precedent setting court case, blogger, activist & “conspiracy theorist” Chris Spivey is appearing in court to answer harassment charges for saying that the Woolwich terror attack was a hoax, that Lee Rigby never existed and that the family were part of a MI5 false flag operation.

The Daily Mail reports….

A conspiracy theorist claimed Lee Rigby’s murder was a hoax and taunted his family by publishing their address online, a court has heard.

Chris Spivey, 52, allegedly made a string of outrageous claims about the soldier, including that his family were involved in a conspiracy with M15 to incite anti-Islamic propaganda.

The court heard how the tattoo artist and self-styled internet journalist even claimed that Fusilier Rigby did not exist and that his relatives had doctored their family pictures. He also allegedly accused the 25-year-old of being a rapist and said his wife Amy West was involved in the ‘hoax’.

Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court heard how Spivey made the bizarre accusations on his website where he regularly publishes opinions about world events.

In recent weeks we have heard our Prime Minister talking about the need to come after “non-violent extremists” that post conspiracy theories on the internet in his 5 year plan to tackle ISIS, but they are just using ISIS as a guise to come after the rights of all of us.

Can we not question things in the UK anymore? This is so dangerous and is very akin to the dystopian future laid out by George Orwell in 1984. In that hellish vision of the future the truth became anything that the state said it was. Dont believe your lying eyes, and dont even question anything, for as is the case with Chris Spivey, you will land up in court.

Chris appeared on our show earlier this year and i will include that video below. Personally, the woolwich case holds great interest with me, for at the time i was convinced that everything was as we were being told it was. There was so many obvious disinfo videos out there that it was hard to tell what was real and what wasnt. Over time, and after much consideration and several interviews with Ole Dammegard on false flags, i had to swallow humble pie and admit a lot of what we seen that day, and what we are told about that day, is simlpy wrong.

You dont have to agree with Chris Spivey’s theory, but you had better sit up, take note, and defend him, for if you dont, who will be left to speak up for you when its your turn?
