THE IMPORTANCE OF CLOSING THE USPS!
Effective Sunday, the U.S. postal service will reduce the cost of a stamp by 2 cents. Not a big deal to most people, although the USPS is not thrilled. After all, what corporation wants to receive less revenue.
What are we really observing here? Better question is “Who are the people who still use snail mail or will continue to do so?” With the elimination of the middle class, the post office is used primarily by the elderly and the poor. The very people who have been identified as “USERS” of cash! The remainder, including companys, conduct the majority of transactions on-line.
Large corporations such as Amazon are actively lobbying for drone delivery, which is only a matter of time before approved.
The long term exsistence of the USPS is a hinderance to the ultimate goal of converting the economy from cash to a credit system. Since the typical transaction is small, most customers use coins and cash.
After all who is going to put a 47 cent stamp on their credit card?
The use of physical currency must be eliminated!!!
How is this to be accomplished?
The USPS can assit them initially by attracting people to increase their use of services. Customers will use their remaining coins and cash. Then remove that out of circulation!
Reduced revenue, even if usage increases, will financially impair the USPS. Service will deteriate and eventually result in fewer people utilizing their services.
How to close it down completely? “Homeland Security!” After all, how can they monitor every written letter mailed when sensoring on-line communication is so much more effective and private parcels pose a threat. Any legitimate package would be delivered by drone.
Another way to accelerate the financial destruction of the USPS is the require them to issue -2 cent stamps to compensate consumers who have purchased stamps prior to Sunday! Effectively pay each individual 2 cents to mail letters.

Mail today is all about junk mail! They’re constantly overfilling my box with garbage? They could stay in business just by allowing us to pay them not to stuff our mailboxes with junk! How many forests are they chopping down every year just to stuff my mail box with garbage I simply throw away!

Wow, you are sooooo stupid saying any of that. LOL What planet are you from? USPS Priority mail is 3 days, and most companies online use it.

Fed Ex has been in partnership with USPS for several years in my rural area. I buy a lot online and FED EX will be the ones to begin shipping and some end up handed over to the post office to finish. THE REST OF THE GOVERNMENT HAS NEARLY BEEN CONTRACTED OUT WITH NO CIVIL OR CRIMINAL OVERSIGHT OF THE CONTRACTORS SINCE 2002 EXCEPT FOR DOD AND RECENTLY SEN SANDERS GOT SOME BUDGET FOR THE VA. AND TOO MANY HAVE BEEN STEALING AND DENYING CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND IGNORING LAWS, REBULATIONS AND POLICIES OF THE GOVT AT ALL LEVELS . Linda Joy Adams
Another problem the POOR face, is that when cash and stamps are taken out of the equation, it will INCREASE the cost of paying bills online. Most poor people can’t get a credit card, so they have to pay for a debit card…with card purchase fees, deposit fees, and usage fees. There are often even monthly “account handling” fees of $5 or so.
That doesn’t include the travel costs of getting to and from the location that sells the cards.
Instead of paying 47cents to pay a bill, many would then have to pay $1 or $2 for a debit-card payment on a bill. So a single $30 cellphone bill online payment will cost perhaps $32-$37…almost 10% to 25% surcharge…and that doesn’t necessarily include all the fees charged for using these debit cards.
Another example, you can buy a “pre-loaded” $100 MxxxxxCard for $105. So up front, you’ve already paid 5% for the privilege of not using cash. Then you may get charged an added $1 or $2 for each payment…depending how you use the card. Then, on top of all that, you may not even use the entire balance, leaving perhaps $5 or so because you have to get a new card for more purchases since what do you buy for under $5? Un-used balances are another added surcharge for the privilege of not using cash.
Good observation! From my previous articles you will know that I advocate daily for the poor and disabled. These individuals are the UNBANKED and must rely on prepaid debit cards, food cards issued by the government and cash. There are so many hidden surcharges and increased costs and vulnerable members of society are disproportionately penalized. Often I am required to intervene to stop the abuse but as you rightly point out there are still penalties that one has no control over.
Transportation is also a huge issue and another penalty. Recently advocating for a disabled person to obtain a food card, I was informed that the individual should go to the Food Banks and was handed a list of locations. The individual cannot drive or navigate the transit system. How to get there…take a taxi, btw funded by the state.
Thank you for understanding what I have been attempting to express. These are the individuals that will be seriously impacted.

The elimination of cash is Treason to Our Constitution and bill of rights . Gold and silver are to stand for the value of the dollar . The worthless paper now not backed by gold is also treason . The president that started the paper dollar committed Treason . Our Constitution plainly states this an act of Treason . The shadow government of 1871 began the acts of Treason against the people and our Constitution . Washington is declared separate from the USA . Treason ! By our Constitution we dont have to listen to anything they spout out ! And their taxing and sending our money to Europe is also Treason . The IRS is a Europian agency . The federal reserve also is a Europian agency . We are paying taxes to the king or queen of England . This is a messed up country ! Treason , Treason , Treason ! Now they want a cashless society ? This is Treason against our Constitution . The dollar shall have a value of gold coins to back its worth . Now they want marks in the computer that they can steal , turn off and watch every transaction and where abouts of you and your actions . The new card has GPS tracking . They know how long it takes you to use the bathroom . 7 government agencies record your every transaction . This can and will be use against you later . Example , you by junk food . It will be reported to insurance agencies . Your health insurance will go up as well as your life insurance . You buy gas at a certain gas station . Suddenly it is reported as having bad gas that caused major problems . The car dealership and other large corporations will be allowed to spy on your actions . Now because you bought gas at that station with your credit or debit card you are marked as one of their customers . Now your warranty is cancelled . You will be responsible for all damage to your new automobile . Things like this will go on with the tracking chip cards . Hackers will be able to scan your pockets walking by you . They will empty your bank accounts . The elite will steal all of your money . This is soon coming . Do I want cashless society , Hell No ! Give us back our gold you stole from America citizens years ago and handed them worthless paper ! Then they over printed paper money . We do not have gold to back up our paper now . Not only by over printing it , but also stealing the gold in fort knox and sending it over seas . Our paper has no more value than to wipe your butts on it . Now they want that too . It says Federal Reserve , meaning they reserve the right to recall it anytime . That will soon be happening . Americans need to protest we will not except your electronic mark in the computer that can be wiped clean or stolen with the push of a button . This is nothing more than control over every citizen . We want our gold coins back that stand for themselves and backed by our Constitution !
I tend to believe they plan on using the post offices for much more nefarious activities.. and the additional responsibilities means more budget $$. Where else can they physically reach the entire populace but thru local post offices ?
All businesses will either be part of the gov’t. or controlled by the gov’t. so they could fold in UPS & Google with the post office, to put Amazon out of business…They could also use post offices to fingerprint or chip us all….
Converting from cash means we’ll transition to an economy like Cuba, where employers pay the gov’t. & the workers get credits to our ration cards… and to launch the new process, they can start by coordinating it at post offices, which are everywhere… until it can be fully automatic.
