Reflecting on the plight of the Venezuelan people, who are are now resorting to eating their own pets, dogs and cats, because there is simply no food…

                                         HOW FAR WILL PEOPLE GO?

Page 198  ”They had taken everything with them except whatever black thing was skewered over the coals.”

“What the boy had seen was a charred human infant headless and gutted and blackened on the spit.”

“I’m sorry, he whispered. I’m sorry.”

The unthinkable! 

Where is the United Nations Response? Where is the humanitarian aid?

The U.N. has 6 princiapl organizations, one of them being the World Food Program, UNESCO and UNICEF.

Their guiding prinicipal is that “In emergencies we get food to where it is needed, WFP pursues the vision of the world where every man, woman and child has access to the food needed for an active and healthy life.”

                          REALLY?

Currently they assist the following South American countries:

Bolivia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Columbia, Guatamemala, Peru, Cuba, Haiti, Ecudor, Hondoras…No Venezuela!

I am only asking, but when do they consider the situation to be an emergency? Is the plan to wait for the unthinkable to happen…where people resort to canabolism?

Is the plan to initiate another migrant crisis?
