Joe Rogan's Remarkable Recovery?

Influential comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan is extremely fortunate to be alive after surviving his recent battle with the dreaded COVID-19 virus. He had been creating quite a controversy for his hesitancy and skepticism about the miraculous vaccine. In theory, he could have prevented his illness altogether, or at least reduced the severity of his symptoms. Instead he chose to live dangerously and ultimately took his own medicine. How did that work out for him? Please take a listen:

As you can clearly hear for yourself, Joe had a rough few days. Especially Sunday. But why would anyone choose to take a chance on their health like that? When all he had to do was roll up his sleeve and accept one of 3 incredible injections?

Is it because:

• A. There are no long term studies to prove the efficacy of these vaccines?
• B. There will be additional annual boosters required regardless of what happens?
• C. He is a fit and healthy 54 year old who has at least a 99.7% chance of recovery?
• D. It’s really not that big of a deal for all people and he didn’t buy into the pressure and fear?
• E. He is an informed and rational adult that is capable of making his own health decisions?

Hopefully the answer is obvious. This isn’t about caving to the collective, it’s about freedom of choice and informed consent. Think for yourself and use your common sense.
