Communist Chinese Espionage is Everywhere…

Secure Arkansas is extremely concerned about the Communist Chinese nationals that have been loosed to purchase land and to hook up to our electrical grid with their bitcoin mining facilities. The bitcoin facilities consume gobs of power and pollute areas, driving off wildlife, and they are causing property values to plunge, let alone the health concerns from all the hazardous noise levels going on day and night. We can expect rolling blackouts should they be left to continue. Communist China is our known enemy, and Arkansans do NOT want to deal with the Communist Chinese Party (CCP) which can NEVER be trusted!

Red China and their Red Army have penetrated America. Our borders are NOT secure, and the American population continually faces great danger… yet, Biden and his handlers demanded that the razor wire be removed in Texas. Sadly, America is looking like a third world country, and we are watching hostile enemy nations send their militant operatives into our country and Homeland Security aides in this orchestrated communist chaos! The US Constitution provides a firm foundation for states to act decisively in the absence of the federal government. Known as the guarantee clause, Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states, 

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them from Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”

The reality is that if the federal government refuses to faithfully execute its own laws, then the states have no recourse but to interpose themselves between the federal government and the people they have sworn to protect in order to achieve deterrence and the removal of illegal aliens.

Biden’s criminal gang is at work in the labyrinth of Washington D.C., and we can see that Congress is so corrupt that they couldn’t even impeach the villainous Alejandro Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security, on February 6, 2024. Hopefully, another chance to vote FOR the impeachment of Mayorkas will rise again. In case you missed it, here’s a previous article we wrote about Mayorkas in January.

This short 60 Minutes clip should give you a glimpse of illegals coming across the border and how they are enabled, processed, or assisted to get to their desired destination — thanks to taxpayer monies — and in many cases the illegals are reporting directly to their handlers. There simply isn’t a proper background check done!  Yes, they get handouts for crossing illegally! This country is incentivizing illegals to come in and take advantage.

Anxiety, Mood Swings and Sleepless Nights: Life Near a Bitcoin Mine

Here are some excerpts:

The Arkansas Data Centers Act, popularly called the Right to Mine law, offers Bitcoin miners legal protections from communities that may not want them operating nearby. Passed just eight days after it was introduced, the law was written in part by the Satoshi Action Fund, a nonprofit advocacy group based in Mississippi whose co-founder worked in the Trump administration rolling back Obama-era climate policies.

“The state of Arkansas has pulled off a surprise victory and become the first in the nation to pass the ‘Right to Mine’ #Bitcoin bill in both the House and Senate,” Dennis Porter, the fund’s chief executive, posted on social media when the law passed last April.

Concerns about the Arkansas mines have expanded beyond the initial noise complaints to include their connections to Chinese nationals. The operations are connected to a larger influx of Chinese ownership across the United States, The New York Times reported in October, some of which has drawn national security scrutiny.

A web of shell companies connects the Arkansas operators to a multibillion-dollar business partially owned by the Chinese government, according to public records obtained by residents opposed to the operations. In November, the Arkansas attorney general’s office opened an investigation into them for potentially violating a state law barring businesses controlled by Chinese nationals from owning land.

Despite efforts to build bipartisan support, the Satoshi fund has succeeded predominantly in red states. But in Arkansas, where the state legislature is dominated by Republicans, it is conservatives who have led calls to repeal the law, including Senator Bryan King, a poultry farmer whose district includes a property purchased by one of the companies tied to the Chinese government. He said it was not fair that the Bitcoin operators received special protections under the law, which shields them from “discriminatory industry specific regulations and taxes,” including noise ordinances and zoning restrictions.

A Survey of Chinese Espionage in the United States Since 2000

This updated survey is based on publicly available information and lists 224 reported instances of Chinese espionage directed at the United States since 2000. It does not include espionage against other countries, against U.S. firms or persons located in China, nor the many cases involving attempts to smuggle controlled items from the U.S. to China (usually munitions or controlled technologies) or the more than 1200 cases of intellectual property theft lawsuits brought by U.S. companies against Chinese entities in either the U.S. or China. The focus is on the illicit acquisition of information by Chinese intelligence officers or their agents and on the increasing number of Chinese covert influence operations.

Chinese espionage is undertaken in pursuit of China’s strategic objectives. This is a change from the past where commercial motives were often equally important, but commercial espionage by both private and government entities remains a feature of Chinese spying. When Xi Jinping took office, first as Chair of the Central Military Commission in November 2012 and after he became President in March 2013, one of his first acts was to repurpose and reorient China’s collection priority to better serve long-term goals, clamping down on what appeared to be collection by some PLA units intended for personal gain (i.e. stealing commercial technology and providing it to private companies for cash or favors) as part of his larger campaign against corruption. Of the 224 incidents, we found that 69% were reported after Xi took office.

It should be noted that the incidents of Chinese espionage far outnumber those by any other country, even Russia. The long-term cost to the American economy and national security cannot be precisely measured, but estimates run into the billions of dollars for commercial and technological espionage. Chinese espionage also created immeasurable damage to national security with the theft of weapons technology, including nuclear weapons test data. In the last few years, China has added the theft of massive quantities of personal information (PII), political coercion, and influence operations, to its espionage activities.

• 49% of incidents directly involved Chinese military of government employees.
   
• 41% were private Chinese citizens.
   
• 10% were non-Chinese actors (usually U.S. persons recruited by Chinese officials)
   
• 46% of incidents involved cyber espionage, usually by State-affiliated actors.
   
• 29% of incidents sought to acquire military technology.
   
• 54% of incidents sought to acquire commercial technologies.
   
• 17% of incidents sought to acquire information on U.S. civilian agencies or politicians.
