Snacking Squirrel has been so busy, I’ve threaten to become

boring. At least let me fill you in on what’s been happening…

After graduating college I packed up and went back home to Victoria to see my family

My last day in Calgary (before the insane flood that took over the city!)

Here’s a different creation I came up with. The truth is I was running low on

groceries and had to use whatever was left in the fridge. We’ve all been there!

Fried eggs with Kraft Cheese, leftover brown

rice, spinach, and leftover sweet potato wedges

It did the job though!

On my first day back I found a ten dollar bill. It is strange when I

find larger sums of money because I sometimes feel its a sign that I am

in the right place at the right time. Do you ever feel that way too?

Oh deer, how I have missed you!

The future of this blog is still up in the air. When I moved to Calgary I was

so busy that I pulled away from blogging, and I still am indecisive about

whether to get back into it again of just sporadically post when inspired to…
