Apple Cider Donuts

Adding another fall recipe to my ongoing collection…………Apple Cider Donuts and they didn’t disappoint anyone. Saw these on my facebook page and had to make them. Last weekend while picking apples at the orchard, they were making Apple Cider Donuts but quess what…I think I liked mine better. They puffed up nice and plump. Crispy on the edges and tender and spicy in the middle. Warm apple cider donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar. Yup that right. Homemade donuts.

One quick call to my taste testers and they were at the door. Emily with her rubber boots and all. Love those neighbors. Found the recipe for the Apple Cider Donuts at just a pinch by Megan Hampton. These donuts say “Fall” all over them. I followed the recipe and got 13 donuts, and 13 donut holes. This is a keeper for sure. Go check out the recipe and try making your own warm spicy donuts.
