Waffle Iron Recipe Fail

Awhile back I got this Waffle Maker which I was excited to try out…

Salton Belgian Waffle Maker

I knew just the waffles I wanted to make, but didn’t have the best recipe to follow

Banana Cinnamon Waffles

I mixed the dry ingredients together

Then added the wet ingredients

The flour mix

Yogurt, milk and bananas

Then combined both dry and wet together

Ready for the waffle iron! Or so I thought…

Cooking

Clearly I overflowed the iron as it began spilling out of the sides

And then I ended up with this mess…

What a disaster! Although it did taste good

Where did I go wrong?

I NEED A BETTER RECIPE!
