Expired Sushi and Salad Lunches

Considering it’s the 19th today and this sushi says, “Best Before

March 18th“, it was fairly fresh. Sometimes I buy food and forget

about it in the fridge for a couple days, I’m sure I’m not the only one…

Vegetable Combo with Brown Rice

I usually go for the imitation crab or California Rolls

but opted to keep it simple with avocado and vegetables

I think I just love the black sesame seeds for added decoration

Like I said, it was still fresh and moist regardless of being past its expiration date

Same went for my “Hail To The Kale” vegan salad. A little

bit past its due date but crunchy and vibrantly full of flavor

Question: Do you eat food past its expiration date?
