Welcome to another Menu Plan Monthly! Our weather here in North Texas has been cold and wet with everything from spring like weather to rain, sleet and snow. I sure hope mother nature makes up her mind quick, because these up and down temperatures are getting on my nerves. I took requests from my family for our monthly dinner menu, so we have mix of things. Here’s what’s on the menu for this month.
