AYAM GAJUS

Bahan A:
600 gm isi ayam – dihiris
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil garam
Bahan B:
100 gm kacang gajus - #airfried
3 tangkai cili kering – dipotong kecil
1 biji bawang besar – dipotong dadu kasar
4 ulas bawang putih – dihiris
2 inci halia – dihiris
1/4 biji lada benggala hijau – dihiris memanjang
1/4 biji lada benggalamerah – dihiris memanjang
1/4 biji lada benggala kuning – dihiris memanjang
3 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar sos tomato
1/4 cawan air
2 sudu besar minyak masak
Cara :
1. Gaulkan isi ayam bersama garam dan tepung jagung. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan gorengkan lada kering hingga garing. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2. Dengan menggunakan minyak yang sama, goreng/panfry ayam hingga masak. Angkat dan ketepikan.
3. Tambah sedikit sahaja minyak dalam kuali. Tumis halia dan bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan bawang besar.
4. Masukkan isi ayam, sos tiram, sos cili dan sedikit air. Kacau rata.
5. Bila dah sebati, masukkan ketiga-tiga lada benggala. Kacau sebentar sahaja dan tutup api.
6. Masukkan kacang gajus dan kacau rata. Sedia dihidangkan.
