These Fragrant Sesame Biscuits are super easy to make. When I say ‘super easy’ is really very very easy! No electric mixer is required. Just stir and mix the ingredients in a bowl. In less than a few minutes of mixing, spread the mixture into a baking tray and send it to bake for about 20 minutes or till golden. Quickly cut the whole biscuit into pieces with a sharp knife when it is still hot or you can simply just break it into pieces by hand. These crispy sesame biscuits are full of sesame seeds fragrance. With only a few ingredients you can whip up such addictive biscuits and I’m sure one recipe is certainly not enough to cater for 3 people. They will be gone in seconds! Definitely one of the popular snacks for Chinese New Year celebrations.

Ingredients 

  • 1 large egg
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 30 ml corn oil
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 60 g white sesame seeds
Instructions 
  • In a bowl, stir egg and sugar together, blend well with a hand whisk.
  • Sieve flour into egg mixture, stir well till mixture incorporated, then add corn oil and mix well again.
  • Lastly add in white sesame seeds, mix well.
  • Pour mixture into (14 x 10 inch) tray lined with parchment paper below and spread evenly with a palette knife.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for about 20 minutes or golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and immediately cut biscuits with a sharp knife or break it into pieces by hand. Leave biscuits to cool and store in an airtight container to keep them crispy.

香脆芝麻饼干 Fragrant Sesame Biscuits
这个饼干做法真的是超级简单又很省事,只须一个碗,把材料拌一拌,一个烤盘烤20分钟,就可以完成了。
香脆的饼干,满满的芝麻会让你吃个不停。一个食谱的分量一定不够3个人食用!
 
材料:
  • 1个 大鸡蛋
  • 50克 细砂糖
  • 30克 玉米油
  • 30克 中筋面粉
  • 60克 白芝麻
做法:
  1. 在碗里,打入鸡蛋和砂糖搅匀。
  2. 筛入面粉搅拌均匀,然后加入玉米油,再拌均匀。
  3. 最后放入白芝麻,拌匀即可。
  4. 将混合物倒入一个14×10寸烤盘,底部铺纸。用刮刀抹平即可。
  5. 送人预热烤箱摄氏160度烤约20分钟或至金黄色即可。
  6. 取出,趁热,用刀快速割成小片或用手随意掰开成小片。待凉后收入密封罐子里。
