These honey garlic grilled pork chops are easy to make and deliver a nice flavor without requiring a bunch of ingredients you’ll never use again. Read on to find out how to turn up your grilled pork game with a simple ketchup-based glaze.

Keep basting. Remove the chops from the grill when your instant-read thermometer registers 140 to 145 degrees F or 60 to 63 degrees C. The safe temperature for consumption is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), but the temperature will rise as the pork rests.
