The State of S.C. Just bought $51 Million dollars worth of “Glitchy” Voting Machines right before the Election.  Professors from Charleaston and the Womens League even tried to Stop It.  But Voting Machine Mafia Kingpin Marci Andino Closed the Sale.  She also “Closed” her partners at the Governors Office on more Absentee and Mail In Voting. (The Chris Wray Plan).  Then she got her other Partner, S.C.
