ATF Offers $5,000 Reward for Information about Persons of Interest in Chicago Civil Unrest Arson Investigations

ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for the positive identification of each person depicted in the attached pictures who could further the arson investigations. ATF is working collaboratively on the investigations with the Chicago Police Department, the Chicago Fire Department and in conjunction with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. The photos are also posted on the ATF’s Twitter page, @ATF_Chicago.

People with information regarding the identity and/or whereabouts of these individuals are urged to contact ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS (283-8477), [email protected], or submit an anonymous tip through the “ReportIt” app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. When reporting, be sure to include as many details as possible and contact information for potential follow up if a reward is sought.

“Arson is a very serious and violent crime and federal convictions could result in a mandatory minimum of five years and a maximum of twenty years in prison,” said ATF Special Agent in Charge Kristen de Tineo of the Chicago Field Division. “We are dedicated to working closely with our law enforcement partners and the community to locate these individuals, and we are also appealing to the public to assist in the identification of these people who may know more about these arsons.”

ATF is seeking to identify the above males (ID# Suspect #1, long hair, Suspect #2 blue/black striped jacket, Suspect #3 white hoodie and Suspect #4 black outfit) in relation to arsons of CPD vehicles at 37 West Madison and 131 South Dearborn.

ATF is seeking to identify the above male (ID# Suspect #5, black outfit) in relation to arsons of a CPD vehicle at 11 West Jackson.

ATF is seeking to identify the above males (ID# Suspect #6, red hoodie and Suspect #7, black hoodie/white lettering) in relation to an arson of a CPD vehicle at 315 South Plymouth.
