“Ella walked into the room. “Did you get it done?” I asked. “Of course baby” she replied. I said “did you get it done? and don’t call me baby”. She replied “ok boss – yes i got it done” – i said “i’m not your boss, and put that gun in your handbag” – she replied “ok captain”. I said “what did you do with the car?” “Put it in the canal” she replied. “did you call Amsterdam and tell him?” “Yes, of course” she replied. “You spoke with the Mad Arab himself and told him?” “Yes, 2 hours ago” she replied. “OK” I replied. I said “Right – you can go. You’ll be contacted”. She pulled a face like an enraged sow, turned, and minced off towards the door. After she had gone I called the Mad Arab in Amsterdam. “hi Billy Boyo how’s it goin’?” “Fine, ok, just waitin’” he replied in his foreign but perfectly understandable accent. Billy had served 17 years in UK prisons earlier in his life for murder and had perfected an English accent during his long stay, but never could he rid himself of that Libyan twang. “It’s on it’s way” I told him. “Should be there in a couple of days – sent today – you know where” i said. “Good – i’m ready” he replied. I said “OK good – better go brother – bye for now. Let me know – the usual” “Will do” he replied. “Take care brother, bye” i replied. “Ciaou” he replied. I then snuck off into the cold black night, onto the street with no name, another £million deal accomplished.” The End…but is it?
