Arizona Appeals Court Denies election Fraud Upholding Lower Court, Lake Looks to Supreme Ct to Recognize 60% of election machine inoperability is FRAUD !

BREAKING: Arizona Appeals Court Denies Kari Lake Lawsuit – Lake Moves to Take Election Fraud Case to Arizona Supreme Court

This case will VERY likely wind up at the US Supreme Court becuse when a vendor doesn’t want to reveal the inner workings of his black box voting system something smells.

Then the courts falsely claimed plaintiffs had ‘no standing’ to bring the election challenge but when the GA Supreme Court corrected that gaff, the judges simply claimed the case didn’t demostrate fraud when 60% of the voting precincts were inoperable !

The Court of Appeals gave the following opinion, affirming the trial court’s decision and denying Kari Lake’s requested relief. .. The Court agreed with the burden of proof used in the Maricopa County Superior Court and opined that Kari Lake did not provide “clear and convincing evidence” of voter fraud.

Really? What ‘so-called’ law school might you have graduated from when a witness contradicts himself under oath, first by denying that printing 19″ ballots on 20 inch paper could EVER happen to jimmy the machine and then when confronted by photo evidence to the contrary admits it did.  How on earth is this NOT Clear? I can see why you might think it’s not ‘convincing’ because you need an umpossiblly high bar to secure your side of the case.

How is this judge able to establish a higher bar for what constitutes election fraud than any other typical civil trial proceeding?  The anwer is to deny the rightful outcome of the proceeding since they can’t claim ‘standing’.

The court obviously deems contrary evidence from witnesses as ‘unimportant circumstances’. This begs the question:’ Why are these trials not being heard by a jury instead of some unprincipled judge?’ Every civil lawsuit that I’ve ever witnesed has A JURY TO RENDER FINAL judgment. The answer is plain enough, one judge is easily co-opted, 12 jurors not so easily. It’s clear that the Arizona Republican party doesn’t want any MAGA people in office; they prefer the unparalleled corruption rampant throughout the state.
