Kari Lake Team Wins Review of Ballot Signatures in AZ Supreme Court Decision !

Arizona Supreme Court approves review of 1 of 7 election claims from Kari Lake

This is really VERY good news. Lake now will be able to trace over 100,000 signatures to the voter, real or not; likely Maricopa county was using ‘AI’ to certify signatures. In other words, they DIDN’T FOLLOW THE LAW on verifying ballot signatures. The best part is Lake’s team can get ‘discovery’ to begin cracking the ‘conspiracy silence’.

The complaint challenges how the Maricopa County recorder applied its signature verification policies during the election. The Supreme Court said since it was a challenge of application, not the policies themselves, it could move to a trial court. The Supreme Court won’t hear the case.

This is a huge victory and subjects every ballot with a proven INVALID’ SIGNATURE to not be counted.

Lake has argued that elections officials failed to follow the law when they declared Democrat Katie Hobbs won the race for governor in November. A trial court and the Court of Appeals had thrown out Lake’s legal claims.

The reason it was thrown out is these judges either didn’t know the law, didn’t care or were simply complicit. JUdge Thompson understood because it was clearly stated in the appeals trial that the law was NOT followed  There is NO DOUBT thart Maricipa County DIDN’T follow the signature verification law. There was never any claim made about the ballot signature policies, that’s just a media red-herring. And with only a 17,000 vote deficit and over a 100 thousand  ballots with signature problems could realistically change the election ourcome and remove the fraudulant Katie Hobbs.

In mid-February, the Arizona Court of Appeal rejected Lake’s assertions, concluding she presented no evidence that voters whose ballots were unreadable by tabulators at polling places were not able to vote.

Notice the subtble shift in the definition of voting which according to the news media doesn’t mean THEY GET COUNTED. Thousands of votes wound up in Bin 3 and once in there who knows if they were counted or not. Unfortunately Lake will likely have to deal with corrupt judge Peter Thompson’s wacky determinations of whether or not a ballot with an ‘invalid signature’ is truly invalid.
