Cache Collision Part 7: Ray Epps & SCOTUS

In the face of all of the controversy over the January 6th riot, there remains one constant that is unexplainable. Why have so many in law enforcement and the government excused the statements and actions of Ray Epps, the one man, who was the self-proclaimed orchestrator of the January 6^th riot? In the midst of the cries of patriots asking who is Ray Epps, the Government Agent Provocateur, is and where was he hiding, Abner came to tell me that Ray Epps was actually building a home in South Central Utah and that his son Jim, who was also at the January 6^th riot, was renting a home from one of our associates.

Kali was contacted and informed of Ray’s whereabouts, who immediately informed me that there was a kill warrant out on Ray Epps already. Kali also told me that Ray Epps had been a member of the Special Activities Division, but was rejected and released when he failed his psychological profile. I told Kali that Epps needed to be detained and a confession extracted from him so the 1,000 patriots rotting in jail could be released. Kali contacted his superior, “the General,” who agreed to cancel the kill warrant.

With Abner’s assistance, I provided photos and satellite images to the military showing Epps’s location of the home he is building and its proximity to the home where is son is renting and both of their locations in relation to Utah State Governor Spencer Cox’s residence. Much later, Ray Epps appeared on 60-Minutes admitting that he was in hiding and claiming that he was a victim of the accusations made by “right-wing conspiracy theorists.” – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

Following Barbara and Ken Cromar’s trial, I assisted the Cromars with the filing of Multiple Motions for Applications of Habeas Corpus, which were all ignored. Each Application for Habeas Corpus detailed the Criminal Conspiracy the Court and Judicial System (DOJ) had participated in to rob the Cromars of their home and, Under the Color of Law, deny them of their Constitutional Rights. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

After Loy Brunson successfully filed his petition with SCOTUS, which claimed 385 members of Congress plus Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris and Mike Pence, broke their Oath of Office by not investigating 50 allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 Election, Ken Cromar asked me to file a Friend of the Court Brief on behalf of Brunson, which I did through SCOTUS’ complicated and restrictive system for being heard.

I later served SCOTUS with A Notice and Affidavit of Misprision of Treason, reminding SCOTUS: “Anyone having knowledge of the commission of treason, who conceals or does not, as soon as possible, disclose and make known the same is guilty of misprision.” However, the day after SCOTUS dismissed Loy Brunson’s Petition for a Hearing on whether or not Congress broke their Oath of Office, by not investigating allegations of Voter Fraud in the 2020 Election, the Community Support Foundation, under my direction, filed a criminal complaint with JAG through Military Channels.

The Criminal Complaint accurately pointed out that SCOTUS has repeatedly refused to rule on the singularly important question raised by the numerous petitions filed by the Brunson Brothers. The matter in question is not about the election outcome, but rather whether or not Congress took the time to investigate the allegations of voter fraud. No one has ever disputed the fact that Congress voted not to investigate the allegations of voter fraud. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!
