The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~75~
Happy Friday everyone. I hope you had a fantastic week filled with fun and creativity. Thank you to everyone who linked up a project on the Inspiration Board this week. There were so many beautiful projects and I loved relaxing with my coffee and checking them all out.
For those of us in the United States, we’re on the homestretch toward Thanksgiving. I can hardly wait for turkey, gravy, stuffing and best of all – pie! Wishing you all a fantastic weekend and I hope to see you back here next week. Until then, enjoy these projects in the spotlight.
This is Happiness set such a beautiful Thanksgiving tablescape. I love the sprigs of green and white plates against the dark wood. So pretty and serene.
Elisabeth Andree created a beautiful scarf from simple crochet strings. I would think this would be a good starter project if you’re learning to crochet. I love the slider that pulls it all together and creates a necktie effect.
Alderberry Hill is ready for the chilly weather with this hearty Newfoundland fish chowder. It looks like the perfect dish to serve after playing out in the snow or just braving the cold.
It’s smart, functional and fun! A great stuffed animal storage swing by It’s Always Autumn. I love the monkey hanging off the swing. There’s always one rebel in the group!
A darling photo and darling stocking hat by Cherished Bliss. Every baby needs one of these for the holidays. Click on over for the free pattern.
Beautiful China doll bookmarks by Sandy Ang. These would make nice holiday gifts for young readers or teachers. Sandy shares the tutorial on her blog.
Jacolyn Murphy always has such cute party ideas. I love this Holiday Cookie Baking Party invitation rolled up on a rolling pin. Very clever!
I never tire of acorns. Natural, painted, felted or fabric. There’s something about those cute acorn tops. These fabric acorns by Our Everyday Art are no exception. I love the bright and cheery fall fabric choices.
What can you say about chicken pot pie? It’s the best of all worlds. Pie, chicken, gravy… These mini chicken pot pies by Yesterday on Tuesday are ingenious. Because anything “mini” means reduced or no calories.
This feature by Ashbee Design is very special. Out of devastation came a beautiful piece of art. Here are the words of the artist:
