Largest Man-Made Quake Recorded

A large injurious earthquake that rocked Oklahoma in 2011 and was felt across 17 states, was caused by oil-drilling, ENMOD, scientists said today. 

“The 5.6 magnitude quake injured two people, buckled a highway, destroyed 14 properties and was felt for hundreds of miles,” the Daily Mail reports. 

Today, a team of scientists ruled it was caused by an all too common environmental modification (ENMOD): deep injections of waste-water in the drilling of oil – counteracting the view of state seismologists who said it occurred naturally. 

“If they are right, it is the largest man-made earthquake recorded in the U.S. and will leave many question marks over the practice of disposing of waste-water from oil production underground,” the Daily Mail reports.

Oil drilling produces large amounts of waste-water. Companies then often pump back into the ground. 

This process is attributed to the monster Louisiana “sinkhole” swallowing part of Assumption Parish, making the area a national sacrifice zone.

As seen throughout the BP Gulf oil crime of 2010, the military backs the energy companies to the point it is now called the petrochemical-military-industrial-complex, the PMIC.

Eco-terrorism

This ENMOD process is so lethal, it can be used as a weapon.

A Tectonic Weapon is, “A tectonic or seismic weapon would be the use of the accumulated tectonic energy of the Earth’s deeper layers to induce a destructive earthquake;” a weapon in the arsenal discussed in the document, “Weather as a Force Multiplier, Owning The Weather by 2025,” presented to Air Force 2025 and cited by scholars such as Professor Michel Chossudovsky. 

The 1978 Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques is an international treaty ratified by 75 states, and signed by a further 17, that prohibits use of environmental modification (ENMOD) techniques to cause earthquakes and tsunamis, amongst other phenomena.

“Environmental modification techniques”refers to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space. According to the respected journal “Nature“ in 1996, Tectonic Weapon programs have been “unofficially known to Western geophysicists for several years.” 

“In this paper we show that appropriate application of weather-modification can provide battlespace dominance to a degree never before imagined. In the future, such operations will enhance air and space superiority and provide new options for battlespace shaping and battlespace awareness,” stated General Gordon R. Sullivan in “Moving into the 21st Century: America’s Army and Modernization,“ Military Review (July 1993) as quoted by Mary Ann Seagraves and Richard Szymber in their article, “Weather a Force Multiplier,” in the Military Review, Nov./Dec. 1995, 75.

“The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together,”  Sullivan said.

The following year, on April 28, 1997, U.S. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen claimed at theConference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy, University of Georgia, “Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Tectonic weaponry, combined with atomic weaponry, might be the most important weapon of mass detsruction, as the 2011 Fukushima catastrophe has indicated to some segments of society, inlcuding leading scientist whisteblowers.

The opening statement in the document, Owning the Weather by 2025 is, “A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom.

While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous petrochemical-military-industrial-complex capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril.

“There’s something important about getting unexpectedly large earthquakes out of small systems that we have discovered here,” said co-author of the new study report, Geoffrey Abers, also a seismologist at Lamont-Doherty. ”The risk of humans inducing large earthquakes from even small injection activities is probably higher than previously thought.”
